Resize Image to 1080×1350 Pixels: how it works
The 1080 × 1350 canvas uses a width-to-height ratio of 4:5. When your original picture is wider, choosing Crop to fill trims its sides. When you need to preserve every part of the source, choose Fit entire image instead and use a background around it.
Choose Crop or Fit
| Setting | Best for |
|---|---|
| Crop to fill | Photos that must cover the entire output with no borders |
| Fit entire image | Preserving every part of an original without cutting off edges |
| Blur background | Filling unused space with a softened version of the original photo |

Before you download: limits and trade-offs
The 4:5 shape is well suited to many portrait posts. It does not mean that a 16:9 source photo can keep its full left and right sides without padding; the two shapes have very different proportions.
